WALKER — I-12 westbound is back open after a jackknifed semi-trailer blocked all lanes of traffic near Juban Road. 

The blockage was first reported around 12:24 p.m. and initially blocked the two left lanes of traffic. However, by 1 p.m., the entire roadway was blocked.

Around 2:55 p.m., the road re-opened.

GONZALES — Cabela's Parkway in Gonzales will be closed for two weeks starting Monday as work continues on three roundabouts along La. 30.

WHISKEY BAY — I-10 eastbound was closed Tuesday morning following a vehicle fire before Whiskey Bay. 

The fire was first reported around 5:13 a.m. by 5:43 a.m., only one lane of traffic was closed. By 7:55 a.m., the roadway had reopened entirely.

MORGAN CITY — Eastbound traffic on U.S. 90 on the Atchafalaya River Bridge in Morgan City will be reduced to one lane on Thursday as crews work to perform repairs on the bridge deck. 

The closure was scheduled to last from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone, state transportation officials said.

LIVONIA — La. 979 in Pointe Coupee Parish will be closed for two weeks starting Monday as crews conduct bridge maintenance.
