NAPOLEONVILLE — La. 1010 in Assumption Parish will be closed for the next week as crews conduct bridge maintenance.

The closure, which starts Thursday at 9 p.m. and extends through Sept. 25 at 5 a.m., affects both lanes of traffic. 

A detour has been established, with drivers asked to travel north four miles on La. 1 or La. 308 to Franklin Avenue, and south about three miles on La. 1 or La. 308 to La. 1011.
