BATON ROUGE — Former Lt. Governor and Secretary of State Jay Dardenne hosted "Bayou Bijou — Movies Made in Louisiana" at the Old Governor's Mansion in downtown Baton Rouge Thursday night.

The educational event showcased the state's rich history in the filmmaking industry, bringing together dozens of guests for an interactive evening of movie trivia. Participants tested their knowledge on famous productions filmed across Louisiana, ranging from an early Silent Era adaptation of Tarzan to the 1991 biographical film about LSU basketball legend Pete Maravich.
