NEW ROADS — A family-owned grocery store in New Roads is closing its doors.

Olinde's Grocery is closing without plans to reopen, the store announced Friday morning.

"This was a very difficult decision, and we would like to thank everyone that supported us for the last 5 years!" a Facebook post announcing the closure says.
