BATON ROUGE — On Tuesday night, three historic Capital Region churches will lead a community forum discussing the role faith has played in America's 250-year history. 

The forum brings together Mount Zion First Baptist Church, the Historic Wesley United Methodist Church and St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church at the Main Library on Goodwood Boulevard. 

Mount Zion pastor René Brown and historian Adell Brown visited WBRZ during the noon newscasts to discuss the forum. 

The forum, "America at 250: From Faith to Formation," will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
