LIVINGSTON — The Livingston Parish government's phone lines are down, but its offices are still open, officials said Thursday.

The parish's IT department is working to identify the issue, and REV is on its way to assist in the issue. 

"If you need assistance with permitting or any other parish services, you can still visit our offices in person," officials said.
